At Musical Instrument Store Online, we want to ensure your sound is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your instrument within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the instrument in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
